Understanding human nature and how we respond to stress helps us to design a path forward. A sense of balance, joy, and greater peace is possible. Therapy is a personal process. I will listen mindfully to learn about you as we find a direction for your therapy. My intention is to offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space in which we can focus on your movement forward.
